After beginning her career with St. Ives Laboratories, Kathy was a critical component in starting a consumer products broker firm. In 21 years there, she was a driving force in the firm’s success. Kathy’s experiences include all facets of running a sales and marketing agency from top to bottom.

With over 28 years of experience in leading teams to exceed revenue and profit goals with both Walgreens & Sundial Brands. Ysa is an expert in category expansion strategies, channel development, forecasting, market analytics, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Develop and manage global distribution networks, retail partnerships and new trade channel opportunities in over 90+ countries on six continents. Bi-lingually fluent in English & German.
